PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL Using CS5

Raining-

First open a image let it be a scenery. It will be the background & locked by default. Then create a new layer by pressing CTRL+SHIFT +N,In new layer take a bucket tool from left,& click on forground colour black.Now click on the new layer. The image will be turned black.Now go to filter->render->fibres. make variance 64.Click OK.Now goto layer->New adjacent layer->Gradient Map->click on OK.Select black & white.Now go to filter->blur->motion blur,change angle & distance.Now in right panel there is layel sub panel.It layer subpanel there is a drop down ,by default it would be normal but salect soft light.Beside layer sub panel there is Opacity,we can increase & decreae opacity
