First open an image duplicate this layer,then click on layer named"background copy",Now go to image->adjustments->desaturate,Do same 4 background.Then click on copied layer,Go to image->adjustments->invert.Inside layer sub panel on the right side select color dodge.Go to filter->blur->gaussian blur.radius 45px click ok.you can use burn tool for removing the lighting effect.KK done
