We have seen many times where we have limited bandwidth, many times people are surprised to see the rate of wastage of bandwidth after all they are not using at all.
System consumes these bandwidth which are just wastage of bandwidth if we are all about surfing & downloading.
steps-press window + r ,type gpedit.msc, double click on computer configuration, go to administrative template & double click, again click on network folder, go to QoS packet scheduler,double click on "Limit reservable Bandwidth".A window will popup .By default "not configured will be pressed", check the enabled. Below this there will be "Bandwidth limit(%)"make it zero.
