you can use "ant video downloader" addon for downloading video.In tor browser open this link http://www.ant.com/video-downloader .in tor browser.Click on Download it for mozilla firefox.Install & add it.Restart tor browser,You will get above symbol.When you play any video just click on this,Video will be downloaded.

In colleges i have seen that torrent is generally blocked.I have one way to remove this-
Download µtorrent plus from link  http://www.filehippo.com/download_utorrent/,
Open µtorrent. Click on option tab,in the list select preferences,a window named preferences
will be pop up.Left side there will be index click on connection,Tick all the checkbox except
check box named authentication,In type select box select Socks5, In text box labeled-Proxy:
write localhost ip-*127.0.0.1*,in text box labeled port:-write tor browser incoming port number i.e.
*9051*.Then click on apply & click ok .
Your µtorrent is configured.
Now go torrentz https://torrentz.eu/,search any link-e.g i am searching bollywood movie named "barfi movie 720p"  click on 1st link i.e Barfi! 2012 Hindi 720p DvDRip CharmeLeon Silver RG.
Similarly you do for your search
Now you will see many sites.Click on http://extratorrent.com  ,inside download torrent index you will get many links,Take your cursor on these links,when you see *download load torrent file*,click on that link.
You will get into another download link page.Do not click on "Download link where it is written no client needed" .
Click on download torrent,A file with extension *.torrent * (dot torrent) will come.Note-this file must be with extension *.torrent.This will be of size less than 1MB,save this & open this,it will open by µtorrent.This file will be opened on µtorrent list.Select this & right click & click on force start.
Wait for few minutes your file will start downloading.Initially it will give slow speed but with time you could get with speed in 250kbps.

In colleges i have seen that u get a good bandwidth of internet but u don't have freedom to open sites which is socially not good,or adds,...etc.,I have one way to do this-

download tor browser from link-https://www.torproject.org/download/download-easy.html.en,
after download,run this.it will ask for extract,extract this.You will get a folder named "tor browser",
Inside this folder there will be an application named "start tor browser".click on "start tor browser",
 You will get a pop up window whose heading will be-"valida control panel".At the bottom of this
window there will be there will be setting-click on this, a window with heading  "settings" will pop up
.Click on network tab,There will be 3 check box,tick the check box named-"I use a proxy to access the internet" .In address give the address of that machine which asks for proxy,port number of that machine(may be proxy application)-these two things u already do while configuring "firefox browser for proxy",give ur proxy username & password,In type select box select "HTTP/HTTPS".Then tick the check box named-"My ISP blocks connection to the Tor network".Then go to https://bridges.torproject.org/,Fill the words in text box of captcha for proving human,You will get here are your bridges relay-for e.g.

bridge 59.156.35.199:9002
bridge 192.198.33.156:443

copy only digit part e.g-*59.156.35.199:9002*& paste in text box inside 

"Add a bridge:" label comes under above check box("My ISP blocks connection to

 the Tor network"),on the right side of paste location,there will

be *+*(plus) sign,click on this.This will add ur bridge,

similarly for second bridge *192.198.33.156:443*,the click ok.

Then tor browser will be open.Inside this browser,go to any URL your site will

open.Speed will be slower but u will be able to open.But video you won't be able

 to play due to some flash problem.

after successfully installed both,u will find this symbol below search tab in juno ee,
this shows that google plugin have successfully installed.

Flash in TOR Browser in window os

just make one folder in desktop name it "happy"

1.go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash.Copy all files and paste it in happy folder

  There will be one file NPSWF64_11_4_402_287.dll rename itby replacing 64 by 32 & remaining same.

2.go to C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash copy all files & paste it in happy folder .If it ask for replacing some files replace while pasting.There will be one file named  NPSWF32_11_4_402_287.dll rename it to NPSWF64.dll.



Now copy all files under happy folder.



Now paste the files in the following folder

Inside tor setup there will be folder firefox portable folder .

1.go to firefox portable/app/default data/plugins.

paste all copied files here.

2.go to firefox portable/app/firefox,make a folder name-plugins,& paste all files there.

3.go to firefox portable/data/plugins,paste all copied files here

Start tor browser.in addons.Go to Extensions,there will be NoScript "make it disable".Now in the same go to plugins.there will be Shockwave Flash "make this enable".

note-"by default shockwave wave flash remains disable". we have to make it enable each time.
