Is CPU usage showing 100% in window 7?
By default in window 7 ,in power option, i.e right click on power(icon made on right taskbar below side), then right click on power options
Click on plan setting whichever is selected whether it is power selected or power saver. Click on
change advance plan setting. Expand Processor power management->system cooling policy
->on battery. By default it is passive make it active. i.e fan will run actively and it will solve the problem

For improving beauty
Under beauty navigation pane-there is
smoothing-used to smooth the rough surface.
Blush- It gives shining to the face. For better performance ,keep smoothness to 15.
Working of smoothing & blush-
Click on smooth and hover the mouse above the rough surface and press the left mouse button.Similarly for blush.
For effects use Effect navigation pane. Under effect
COLOR SPLASH- By clicking on color splash pic will become black and white i.e the base color of the picture, it will be treated as the background .Now select the right top most effect under color splash and paint the face,it will look like you are putting a new layer over it.Now brush it over the face,ear,nose,hand i.e the part which you want to be colored.You face will have some brightness.(left the intensity as it is ,i.e. 100).
ART PRINT- Under ART PRINT,1st one that is Shiny. Gives a lighting look that is it gives glazing.
Now awesome glazing effect combine both.

There are many institutions where you are unable to open various sites because they are blocked by the proxy servers of institutes. Some how you open some blocked site through many sites but you are unable to open the videos which are blocked by your proxy servers.
So Guys now you can open any sites and play videos behind proxy servers.

Scroll down.
In web address give the URL of any website.For e.g. URL of facebook https://www.facebook.com/ or any blocked website.
Then click on browse.

photoshop cs5 wind tool text effect
1st select a size paint it black with background colour. Now Write a text.Duplicate the text layer by pressing ctrl+j,the merge one text layer with background.Now go to filter->stylize->wind.select left to right & right to left chance by chance.Then press ctrl+f increase winding effect.This is done to make text effective

Photoshop cs5 tutorial radial blur
first open aa image,in left panel at the bottom there will be a tool named"quick mask mode".This tool is used for selection.click on this button + brush tool.Suppose in the image there is a girl with a beautiful background,we want the backgroung to be radial blur around that girl.Now paint that girl,after painting,again click on "quick mask mode" button.the area except girl will be selected.Now go to filter->blur->radial blur,inside it click on zoom.Quality-best.Amount-45.press ok.Done
